Paradise Poker Review
Paradise Poker was established in 1999 and was the pioneer in online poker. With its high security, innovative graphics and reliability it's easy to see why this is still one of the leading players in the online poker market. Paradise Poker offers a very wide selection of games, the volume of traffic is decent, and the tournaments are excellent - with many chances to qualify for major events. Overall, Paradise Poker is a great place to play at with good bonuses and promotions too.
Since moving to the Boss Media network, the player base has increased dramatically. Most of the action is focused in the low and medium stakes games. At peak times, Paradise Poker receives around 3,000 cash games players and around 13,000 tournament players.
Paradise Poker was one of the original online poker rooms and originally used their own software. However, recently they joined the Boss Media Network. The benefits of this change have been numerous, they now have a much more stable software, the ability to play in multiple currencies and a larger player base.
The site and the lobby have a desert island theme, which is very attractive and a far cry from most of the dark coloured lobby's of other sites. There's a good note taking system and the lobby is clearly laid out. Filtering the lobby is especially easy too. Unfortunately there are no mini-views of tables available, but the tables are easy to flick between if you are multi-tabling.
Paradise Poker Rakeback ReviewWhen you sign up at Paradise Poker through Rakeback Please you will be eligible to receive 30% Rakeback. You will receive rakeback for ring games and for all MTT and SNG tournaments. The rakeback is paid directly to your Paradise Poker account, by Paradise Poker, on the 1st of the month for all rakeback accumulated the previous month. Bonuses are not deducted from rake, but all Paradise Poker FPP points, that are used towards FPP freerolls are deducted from total rake. You are allowed to have up to 4 accounts on the Boss Media Network. Players must generate €100 in rake during a month to qualify for rakeback that month. This is a Boss Media network wide policy.
Paradise Poker BonusParadise Poker offers a 100% up to £500 first deposit bonus. The bonus equals 20% contributed rakeback. Since bonuses are not deducted you add the 30% rakeback you already receive and get a total of 50% rakeback while clearing the bonus. You also receive 20% of your rake back on tournaments.
